About Me.

Born and raised in the UK, now proudly based in Dubai, where I teach and work exclusively as a Pilates instructor. I’m also the proud mom of two energetic boys, my little “Power Ranger ninjas” who constantly remind me of the importance of movement, strength, and balance, both in life and on the mat.

My Pilates journey began over a decade ago as a personal exploration of wellness and mental health, but it quickly evolved into a deep passion and professional calling. After three years of dedicated professional practice, continuous learning, and genuinely falling in love with the method, I completed my full training with Merrithew STOTT Pilates.

This comprehensive education has shaped my teaching style, which is grounded in precise technique, mindful movement, and a client-centered approach. I’m a fully trained STOTT Pilates Instructor in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Pre-natal, and Post-natal Pilates with a special focus and passion for Reformer Pilates, where I witness the most transformation and progress in my clients.

Whether you’re rebuilding after pregnancy, strengthening your core, or simply looking to reconnect with your body, my sessions are designed to support you at every stage of your journey. For me, Pilates is not just a workout it’s a philosophy of movement that nurtures both physical strength and mental clarity.
